Accuracy Disclaimer
Mileage data depends on the accuracy of HealthKit workout data from your Apple Watch or iPhone. Shoe Miles does not independently measure distance. GPS drift, sensor calibration, and other factors may affect recorded distances.

The built-in shoe catalog is provided for convenience. Brand names, model names, and suggested specifications are used for identification purposes only. Shoe Miles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any shoe manufacturer.
Insights
Insights and statistics shown in the app are computed on-device and are intended as general information, not professional recommendations. Use your own judgment when interpreting any insight or recommendation.
Warranty Disclaimer
Shoe Miles is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CodeCraftedApps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Shoe Miles, including but not limited to injuries related to running on worn-out shoes.
Use at Your Own Risk
Running and athletic activities carry inherent risks. Shoe Miles is a tracking tool and does not guarantee injury prevention. Always inspect your shoes visually and replace them if they show visible signs of wear regardless of tracked mileage.
Acceptable and Lawful Use
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others. CodeCraftedApps does not condone, and accepts no responsibility for, any illegal or improper use of the app.
Apple App Store and License (EULA)
Your license to use this app is the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, together with these Terms. You acknowledge that: (a) these Terms are between you and CodeCraftedApps only, not Apple, and CodeCraftedApps — not Apple — is responsible for the app and its content; (b) Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app; (c) Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, or intellectual-property claims; and (d) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Beta Software
During the TestFlight beta period, the app may contain bugs, incomplete features, or behavior that changes between releases. By participating in the beta, you accept that the app is pre-release software and may not function as final-released software.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeCraftedApps and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the app. We may terminate your license under these Terms if you materially breach them; you may stop using the app and delete it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date.
