The pictures are renderings, not screenshots of the Quick Look window. Where Quick Look has no preview for a type, the page says so and shows a placeholder, because on your Mac you would see only the file’s icon.
Every format
Grouped the way the lookup groups them. "Raw text" means Quick Look showed the sample as plain text; "No preview" means it showed only the file’s icon and name, nothing from inside the file — on the macOS version noted above, checked on the date noted above.

What DevPeek leaves to macOS
DevPeek adds previews where macOS has none. It never replaces one that already works.
Plain text, HTML, SVG
Text files, LICENSE and README stay with the macOS text preview. HTML and SVG are rendered by macOS already.
Provisioning profiles
Xcode ships its own Quick Look extension for .mobileprovision and .provisionprofile, and it is good.
TypeScript .ts
.ts is also a video format. Taking it over would stop .ts videos playing in Quick Look. .tsx is covered.
How these pictures were made
None of these are screenshots. They show how each sample file displays, produced the way each side would produce it. The "Quick Look today" side is macOS's own rendering of the sample, made by macOS's Quick Look machinery on the macOS version noted on each answer, checked on the date noted on each answer: Apple's font, Apple's wrapping, no colour, no line numbers. The "With DevPeek" side is the same sample through DevPeek's preview extension, with default settings, in light and dark appearance.
Where the page says "No preview", macOS had no previewer for that type on that version and date: pressing space in Finder shows only the file's icon and name, and nothing from inside the file. The dashed placeholder stands in for that icon, because the icon itself depends on which apps are installed on your Mac. A later macOS could add a previewer, which is why the version and date are stated.
Every sample is a generic file written for this page, so nothing here is anyone's real code or data.
