CodeCraftedApps ("CodeCraftedApps," "we," or "I") is one independent developer based in the United States, committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our applications, tools, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, such as your name and email address. We do not require account creation to use our apps.

If you request a beta invite, we use the email address you send only to add you as a tester in Apple’s TestFlight, which means Apple receives it to send the invite. It is not added to a mailing list or shared with anyone else.

Information Our Apps Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy in mind and collect as little data as possible:

  • We do not use analytics, tracking, or telemetry of any kind. Our apps include no third-party analytics SDKs and send no usage data to us or anyone else.
  • If you choose to email us a bug report, the message may include basic device information (such as operating system version and device model) that you send so we can help debug — only what you choose to send.
  • We do not collect location data unless an app explicitly requires it, in which case you will be asked for permission.

Data Stored on Your Device

Many of our apps store data locally on your device (such as activity logs, preferences, and settings). This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated within the specific app.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Services

Our apps do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The third parties involved are the stores you download from and the services that run email and this website:

  • Apple App Store: Distribution and any purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymized download and usage statistics that we cannot use to identify you.
  • Apple TestFlight (betas only): Beta builds are distributed through TestFlight. Apple shares with us the tester details TestFlight provides to developers, plus any feedback, screenshots, or crash reports you choose to send.
  • Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons: Browser extensions installed from these stores are distributed by Google and Mozilla and subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Mozilla's Privacy Notice.
  • Email: Email you send to a codecraftedapps.com address is delivered and stored by Apple's iCloud Mail. It is kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of support, and you can ask for it to be deleted.

Website Data

This website (codecraftedapps.com) is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. It does not use analytics scripts and does not set tracking cookies.

  • GitHub Pages may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of hosting. See GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.
  • Cloudflare proxies traffic to this domain for CDN and security purposes and may process standard connection data (such as IP address) to do so. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details. Cloudflare also hides email addresses on these pages from spam bots; a small script served from this domain decodes them in your browser.
  • No web fonts or third-party content: this site uses the fonts on your device and embeds nothing from Google or any other third party. Every file is served from codecraftedapps.com.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following cases:

  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of CodeCraftedApps or others
  • With your explicit consent

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
