These terms are specific to Nabbit. They take precedence over the general CodeCraftedApps terms where applicable.
The App
Nabbit is a macOS menu-bar utility that displays the newest files from folders you grant it access to and lets you drag those files into other apps. It requires macOS 26.5 or later.
Purchases
Nabbit is free to download and use. Nabbit Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms; refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.
File Handling and Trashing
Nabbit copies files when you drag them to other apps and does not modify your originals, with one exception: when you drag a file to the Trash, Nabbit moves that file to the Trash. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to trash. Files moved to the Trash can typically be recovered from the macOS Trash until it is emptied, after which recovery may not be possible. Always keep backups of important files.
Warranty Disclaimer
Nabbit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CodeCraftedApps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Nabbit, including but not limited to loss of files or data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files.
Acceptable and Lawful Use
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others. CodeCraftedApps does not condone, and accepts no responsibility for, any illegal or improper use of the app.
Apple App Store and License (EULA)
Your license to use this app is the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, together with these Terms. You acknowledge that: (a) these Terms are between you and CodeCraftedApps only, not Apple, and CodeCraftedApps — not Apple — is responsible for the app and its content; (b) Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app; (c) Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, or intellectual-property claims; and (d) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeCraftedApps and Don Castle from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date.
